Nordecon AS sõlmis Kaitseministeeriumiga lepingu Ämari lennubaasi abihoonete ja
nende teenindamiseks vajaliku taristu ehitamiseks. Lepingu maksumuseks on 10,85
miljonit eurot.

Nordecon AS sõlmis Kaitseministeeriumiga lepingu Ämari lennubaasi abihoonete ja
nende teenindamiseks vajaliku taristu ehitamiseks. Ehitatavate hoonete alla
kuuluvad angaarid, sõidukite garaaž-töökoda, meditsiinikeskus,
reisijateterminal baasi kaudu sisse- või väljalendavate sõjaväelaste tarbeks,
kaubakäitluse vaheladu ning lämmastiku- ja hapnikuhoidla. Ehitatavate hoonete
netopind on ligikaudu 7 200 ruutmeetrit. Lennubaasi territooriumile
paigaldatakse uusi pinnakatteid ligikaudu 66 000 ruutmeetri ulatuses, millest
asfaltkate moodustab ligikaudu 51 000 ruutmeetrit. Olme- ja
sadeveekanalisatsiooni ning drenaaži- ja veetorustikke rajatakse kokku ligi 10
000 jooksva meetri ulatuses.
NATO infrastruktuurialaste projektide kaasrahastamine toimub NATO
julgeolekuinvesteeringute programmi (NATO Security Investment Program - NSIP)
kaudu.
Lepingu maksumuseks ilma tellija varuta on 10,85 miljonit eurot, millele
lisandub käibemaks.
Ehitustööd algavad mais 2011 ning kestavad plaani kohaselt 11 kuud.
Nordeconi kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste
ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad
kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte
Nordecon AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub
lisaks emaettevõttele üle 10 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2010. aasta

Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Estonian Ministry of Defence
for the construction of auxiliary buildings and infrastructure in Ämari flight
base. The value of the contract is 10.85 million euros.

Nordecon AS signed a construction contract with Estonian Ministry of Defence
for the construction of auxiliary buildings and infrastructure in Ämari flight
base. The buildings include hangars, garage and workshop for vehicles, medical
center, terminal for military personnel, warehouse for cargo and storage
facility for nitrogen and oxygen. The net area of buildings is approximately
7,200 square meters. The construction of infrastructure includes surface layers
of 66,000 square meters (incl. asphalt layer of 51,000 square meters). Total
length of pipelines (water, drainage etc.) is 10,000 running meters.
The construction of NATO's infrastructure projects is co-financed by NATO
Security Investment Program (NSIP).
The value of the contract without client's reserve is 10.85 million euros,
excluding VAT.
The works begin in May 2011 and per plans last for 11 months.
