Pärnu, 2011-04-08 15:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AS Viisnurk nõukogu kiitis 07.04.2011 toimunud koosolekul heaks AS Viisnurk 2010. majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise ettepanekuga. AS Viisnurk 2010. majandusaasta konsolideeritud auditeeritud müügitulu oli 217,9 miljonit krooni (13,9 miljonit eurot). Kontserni 2009. aasta müügitulu oli 205,8 miljonit krooni (13,2 miljonit eurot). Kontserni 2010. majandusaasta konsolideeritud auditeeritud puhaskasum oli 12,1 miljonit krooni (0,8 miljonit eurot). 2009. aasta puhaskasum oli 0,2 miljonit krooni (0.01 miljonit eurot). Kasumi jaotamise ettepanek: maksta dividende 0,05 eurot (0,78 krooni) aktsia kohta kokku summas 225 tuhat eurot (3 520 tuhat krooni). Pärnu, Estonia, 2011-04-08 15:20 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Supervisory Board of AS Viisnurk approved on 07 April 2011 the annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2010 of AS Viisnurk. The consolidated audited revenue of AS Viisnurk for the year of 2010 was 217.9 million kroons (13.9 million euros). The revenue of 2009 was 205.8 million kroons (13.2 million euros). The consolidated audited net profit of AS Viisnurk for the year of 2010 was 12.1 million kroons (0.8 million euros). The profit of 2009 was 0.2 million kroons (0.01 million euros). Profit allocation proposal: to pay dividends 0.05 euros (0.78 kroons) per share in total amount 225 thousand euros (3,520 thousand kroons).
