In relation to the adoption of the euro currency in Estonia the Shareholders
Annual General Meeting decided on 08.02.2011 to decrease the share capital. On
07.03.2011 the share capital change was registered in the Commercial Register.
The registered share capital of AS Tallink Grupp is EUR 404 290 224 the number
of shares is 673 817 040 and the nominal value of a share is EUR 0.6.
