Ehituslepingu sõlmimine
Tallinn, Eesti, 2010-12-20 09:32 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nordecon International
kontserni 100%-line tütarettevõte Nordecon Infra AS (juhtivpartner) koos
partnerite Nordecon International AS-i ja Ramboll Eesti AS-iga sõlmisid
töövõtulepingu Lõuna Regionaalse Maanteeametiga riigi tugimaanteel nr 39
raudtee ülesõidukohtade ümberehituseks. Tööde mahukaima osa moodustab Kaarepere
viadukti projekteerimine ja ehitamine. Kokku tehakse töid teelõikudel
kogupikkusega ligikaudu 5,2 kilomeetrit. Projekti kaasfinantseeritakse Euroopa
Liidu struktuurifondide toel.
Tööde maksumus koos tellijapoolse reserviga on 67,2 miljonit krooni (4,3
miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks.
Töid alustatakse jaanuaris 2011 ning kestavad 12 kuud.
Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete
ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt
tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni
emaettevõte Nordecon International AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas,
Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 15 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni
2009. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2,4 miljardit krooni (155 miljonit
eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligikaudu 750
inimesele. Alates 18.05.2006 on emaettevõtte aktsiad noteeritud NASDAQ OMX
Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas.

Tallinn, Estonia, 2010-12-20 09:32 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A Nordecon
International Group wholly owned subsidiary Nordecon Infra AS (leading partner)
with partners Nordecon International AS and Ramboll Eesti AS signed a
construction contract with Road Centre of the Southern Region of Estonia (a
regional office of the Road Administration). The contract is for the rebuilding
of railway crossings on road nr 39. A substantial part of the works is the
design and building of Kaarepere viaduct. In total works cover road networks in
length of approximately 5.2 kilometers. The project is co-financed by European
Union structural funds.
The value of the contract with the client's reserve is approximately 67.2
million kroons (4.3 million euros), excluding VAT.
Works begin in January 2011 and last for 12 months.
