Nordecon International Company Announcement 30.11.2010 Construction contract (University of Tartu social sciences faculty premises) Nordecon International AS' wholly owned subsidiary Nordecon Ehitus AS signed a construction contract with University of Tartu to build new premises for the faculty of social sciences. An existing building will be thoroughly renovated and the adjacent areas tidied. The value of the contract is approximately 56.2 million kroons (3.6 million euros) excluding VAT. The works start immediately and will be finished in September 2011. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
