Nordecon International AS-i 100% osalusega tütarettevõte Nordecon Ehitus AS sõlmis ehituslepingu Tartu Ülikooliga ülikooli sotsiaalteaduskonna uue õppehoone välja ehitamiseks Tartus. Olemasoleva hoone siseruumides teostatakse põhjalikud uuendustööd ning korrastatakse ka hoone ümbrus. Tööde maksumus on 56,2 miljonit krooni (3,6 miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd algavad koheselt ning planeeritud lõpetamine toimub septembris 2011. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted täna Eestis, Ukrainas ja Soomes. Kontserni emaettevõte Nordecon International AS on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 15 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2009. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2,4 miljardit krooni (155 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligikaudu 750 inimesele. Construction contract (University of Tartu social sciences faculty premises)

Nordecon International AS' wholly owned subsidiary Nordecon Ehitus AS signed a construction contract with University of Tartu to build new premises for the faculty of social sciences. An existing building will be thoroughly renovated and the adjacent areas tidied. The value of the contract is approximately 56.2 million kroons (3.6 million euros) excluding VAT. The works start immediately and will be finished in September 2011. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon International AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia.
