Message
Tulenevalt KJK Fundi ja Danske Capitali, Sampo Bank plc, vahelise fondi juhtimise lepingu (Investment Manager Agreement) lõppemisest, tühistas KJK Fundi juhatus Danske Capitalile, Sampo Bank plc, antud volitused hallata fondile kuuluvate aktsiatega seotud hääleõigusi. Kõiki fondile kuuluvate aktsiatega seotud hääleõigusi kontrollib nüüd KJK Fund SICAV-SIF-i juhatus. Lisaks soovib KJK Fundi juhatus teatada, et varem DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF nime kandnud fond kannab nüüd nime KJK Fund SICAV-SIF. Fondile KJK Fund SICAV-SIF kuulub 3 250 000 AS-i Baltika aktsiat, mis moodustab 11.82% hääleõiguslikest aktsiatest. Ülle Järv Juhatuse liige +372 630 2731

Following the termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, the Management board of KJK Fund has revoked the proxy given to Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, to manage the voting rights attached to the shares held by the fund. All voting rights attached to the fund's shareholdings are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF. In addition the Management Board of KJK Fund wishes to announce the renaming of the fund from DCF Fund (II) SICAV- SIF to KJK Fund SICAV-SIF.
