AS Viisnurk annab teada, et 2. novembril 2010. aastal informeeris KJK Capital Oy ettevõtet muutusest aktsiatega seotud hääleõigustes. Tulenevalt KJK Fund SICAV-SIF-i ja Danske Capitali, Sampo Bank Plc vahel fondi juhtimise lepingu (Investment Manager Agreement) lõppemisest, kontrollib fondile kuuluvate aktsiatega seotud hääleõigusi KJK Fund SICAV-SIF fondi juhatus. Change in voting rights related to substantial shareholding

AS Viisnurk hereby informs that on the 2nd of November 2010 it has received a notification from KJK Capital OY stating change in voting rights in substantial shareholding. Due to termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, all voting rights attached to the fund's shareholding are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF.
