AS Ekspress Grupp annab teada, et 2. novembril 2010. aastal teavitas KJK Capital Oy Ettevõtet muutusest aktsiatega seotud hääleõigustes. Tulenevalt KJK Fund SICAV-SIF-i ja Danske Capitali, Sampo Bank Plc vahel sõlmitud fondi juhtimise lepingu (Investment Manager Agreement) lõppemisest, kontrollib fondile kuuluvate aktsiatega seotud hääleõigusi KJK Fund SICAV-SIF fondi juhatus. Fondile kuulub 3 727 344 AS-i Ekspress Grupp aktsiat, mis moodustab 12,51% kõigist aktsiatega määratud häältest. KJK Fund SICAV-SIF kandis varem nime DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF. AS Ekspress Grupp hereby informs that on the 2 November 2010, KJK Capital Oy notified the Company of the change of voting rights in substantial shareholding. Due to termination of the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc, all voting rights attached to the fund's shareholdings are now controlled by the Management Board of KJK Fund SICAV-SIF. The Fund has 3 727 344 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp constituting 12.51% of total votes represented by shares. KJK Fund SICAV-SIF is the former DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF.
