protsendini. Fondile kuulub 1 457 349 AS-i Ekspress Grupp aktsiat. Lähtuvalt
väärtpaberituruseaduse §-st 186 on börsiemitendil kohustus teavitada börsi

Genesis Investment Management, LLP have informed the Company that they have
decreased their shareholding in AS Ekspress Grupp to 4.89%. The fund controls 1
457 349 shares of AS Ekspress Grupp. The Issuer is required to notify the stock
exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities
Market Act.
