2. novembril 2010. aastal teavitas KJK Fund SICAV-SIF ASi Harju Elekter muudatuse kohta olulisest osalusest tulenevas hääleõiguses. DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF (praeguse ärinimega KJK Fund SICAV-SIF) omab kokku 1 899 768 ASi Harju Elekter aktsiat, mis moodustab 11,31% kõikidest ettevõtte aktsiatest. 28. oktoobril 2010. aastal lõpetati KJK Fund SICAV-SIF ja Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc vahel sõlmitud väärtpaberiportfelli valitsemisleping ning KJK Fund SICAV-SIF võttis tagasi Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc-le antud volituse fondi kuuluvatest aktsiatest tulenevate hääleõiguste teostamiseks. Message
On 2 November 2010, KJK Fund SICAV-SIF notified AS Harju Elekter of the change of voting rights attached to a qualifying shareholding. DCF Fund (II) SICAV-SIF (with the current business name KJK Fund SICAV-SIF) holds altogether 1,899,768 shares of AS Harju Elekter, representing 11.31% of all the shares of the company. On 28 October 2010 the Investment Manager Agreement between KJK Fund SICAV-SIF and Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc was terminated and KJK Fund SICAV-SIF revoked proxy given to Danske Capital, Sampo Bank plc to manage the voting rights attached to the shareholdings of the fund.
