15.10.2010 tehti äriregistris kanne Aktsiaseltsi Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) aktsiakapitali vähendamise kohta. Aktsiakapital vähendati 28. juunil 2010 toimunud SFG korralise üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel 400 000 000 kroonilt (25 564 659 eurolt) 396 070 000 kroonile (25 313 487 eurole). Aktsiakapitali vähendamise käigus tühistati 393 000 SFG oma A-aktsiat. Reduction of Aktsiaselts Silvano Fashion Group share capital has been registered
Message
On 15.10.2010, the decrease of the share capital of Aktsiaselts Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) was registered in Estonian commercial register. The reduction of the share capital was decided by the Annual General Meeting of SFG on 28 June 2010, by which the share capital of SFG was decreased from EEK 400,000,000 (EUR 25,564,659) to EEK 396,070,000 (EUR 25,313,487) by cancelling of 393,000 A-shares owned by SFG.
