7. oktoobril 2010 sõlmiti konsortsiumi AS Merko Ehitus / AS Merko Infra ja AS Maardu Vesi vahel töövõtuleping Maardu linna veemajandusprojekti Muuga elamupiirkonna vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike ning -rajatiste ehituseks. Lepingu maksumus on 207,68 miljonit krooni (ilma tellija 7%-lise varuta), millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööde teostamise tähtajaks on 2012. aasta sügis. Lepingu kohaselt ehitatakse ja rekonstrueeritakse 32 km veetorustikke, 76 km kanalisatsioonitorustikke ning 15 kanalisatsioonipumplat. Antud projekti raames võimaldatakse kanalisatsioonivõrguga liituda 2880 ning veevõrguga 940 kinnistul. On 7 October 2010, AS Maardu Vesi and the consortium of AS Merko Ehitus / AS Merko Infra concluded a contract of services, for the construction of the Maardu city water project Muuga housing area water- and sewer pipelines and facilities. Price of the contract is EEK 207.68 million (without customers 7% reserve and without VAT). Completion time for the works is set on autumn 2012. According to the contract, 32 km water pipelines, 76 km sewage pipelines and 15 sewage pumping stations will be built. With the project it is made possible to join the sewage network for 2880 properties and with the water network for 940 properties.
