AS-i Ekspress Grupp nõukogu on otsustanud alates 06.10.2010 kutsuda juhatuse liikme kohalt tagasi Peeter Rumesseni ning määrata tema asemel uueks juhatuse liikmeks ja finantsjuhiks Pirje Raidma. Pirje Raidma asub ametisse alates 07.10.2010.a. Pirje Raidma on varasemalt töötanud finants- ja haldusjuhina investeerimispangas GILD Bankers, finantsjuhina investeerimispangas LHV ning täitnud juhtivaudiitori ametikohuseid AS-is PricewaterhouseCoopers. AS Ekspress Grupp Removes and Appoints Management Board Member
Message
The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided to remove Peeter Rumessen from the position of the Management Board member and to appoint Pirje Raidma as a new member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of AS Ekspress Grupp. Pirje Raidma will start in AS Ekspress Grupp from 7 October 2010. Pirje Raidma has previously served as Head of Finance and Administration Unit in Investment Bank GILD Bankers, as Chief Financial Officer in Investment Bank LHV and performed duties of Audit Engagement Leader in PricewaterhouseCoopers Estonia.
