PRF: Muudatused AS-i Premia Foods juhatuses

Börsiteade 21. september 2010 20. septembril toimunud AS-i Premia Foods nõukogu koosolekul otsustati muudatused AS-i Premia Foods juhatuses. Kokkulepitud tööde ja projektide lõppemise tõttu lahkub ettevõttest ning kutsutakse AS-i Premia Foods juhatusest alates 01. novembrist 2010. a tagasi finantsdirektor Andri Avila. Hr Avila liitus AS-iga Premia Foods selle aktsiate esmase avaliku pakkumise (IPO) ettevalmistuse käigus käesoleva aasta 8. märtsil ning tema peamisteks tööülesanneteks olid IPO edukale läbiviimisele kaasaaitamine, investorsuhtluse põhiprintsiipide väljatöötamine ning rakendamine pärast AS-i Premia Foods aktsiate noteerimist NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi põhinimekirjas, börsinõuetele vastava finantsaruandluse süsteemi väljatöötamine ja kontserni laenuportfelli restruktureerimine. AS-i Premia Foods finantsdirektorina asub alates 01. novembrist 2010. a tööle hr Erik Haavamäe, kes, omades pikaajalist kogemust finantsjuhtimise vallas, on olnud AS-i Premia Foods nõukogu liige alates ettevõtte asutamisest ning on nõukogu liige ka AS-i Premia Foods tütarettevõtjates AS Premia Tallinna Külmhoone, OÜ Vettel, AS Saaremere Kala, AS Premia FFL ning OÜ TCS Invest. Lisaks sellele on hr Haavamäe juhatuse liige AS-i Premia Foods tütarettevõtjates AS Premia KPC ja Heimon Kala OY. Olles AS-iga Premia Foods ja selle tütarfirmadega pikaajajaliselt seotud, omab hr Haavamäe head ülevaadet AS-i Premia Foods ja selle tütarettevõtjate eesmärkidest ning juhtimisest. Hr Erik Haavamäe elulookirjeldus ja informatsioon kuulumise kohta teiste ettevõtjate juhtorganitesse on avalikustatud AS-i Premia Foods aktsiate esmase avaliku pakkumise prospektis, mis on kättesaadav NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi infosüsteemi vahendusel ja AS-i Premia Foods kodulehel aadressil www.premiafoods.eu. Hr Erik Haavamäele kuulub 1 242 AS-i Premia Foods aktsiat, mis moodustab 0,0032% kõikidest AS-i Premia Foods aktsiatest. Hr Erik Haavamäe kontrolli all olev ettevõtja Kamakamaka OÜ omab 179 000 AS-i Premia Foods aktsiat, mis moodustab 0,4627% kõikidest AS-i Premia Foods aktsiatest. Stock Exchange News 21 September 2010 The Supervisory Board of AS Premia Foods, in its meeting held on 20 September 2010, decided to make changes in the Management Board of AS Premia Foods. Due to the completion of work and projects agreed upon, chief financial officer Andri Avila will leave the company and be recalled from the Management Board of AS Premia Foods as of 1 November 2010. Mr. Avila joined AS Premia Foods on 8 March this year during preparations for the initial public offering (IPO) of the company's shares and his primary work assignments were facilitating the successful execution of the IPO, developing the main principles of investor communications and implementing them after the shares of AS Premia Foods were listed in the Main List of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange, developing a financial reporting system that meets stock exchange requirements and restructuring the loan portfolio of the group. As of 1 November 2010 the position of chief financial officer of AS Premia Foods will be assumed by Mr Erik Haavamäe, who has extensive experience in the field of financial management, has been a member of the Supervisory Board of AS Premia Foods since the founding of the company and is also a member of the Supervisory Board in subsidiaries of the company such as AS Premia Tallinna Külmhoone, OÜ Vettel, AS Saaremaa Kala, AS Premia FFL and OÜ TCS Invest. In addition to that, Mr Haavamäe is a member of the Management Board of AS Premia Foods subsidiaries AS Premia KPC and Heimon Kala OY. Having been involved with AS Premia Foods and its subsidiaries for a long time, Mr Haavamäe has a good overview of the objectives and management of the company and its subsidiaries. The curriculum vitae of Mr Erik Haavamäe and information on membership in the managing bodies of other companies has been published in the prospectus of the initial public offering of the shares of AS Premia Foods, which is available via the information system of NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange and on the website of AS Premia Foods at www.premiafoods.eu. Mr Erik Haavamäe owns 1,242 shares of AS Premia Foods that constitutes 0.0032% of all the shares of AS Premia Foods.
