OEG aktsiate märkimise tulemused
Message
25. augustil 2010 toimunud erakorralisel aktsionäride üldkoosolekul otsustati OEG poolt sõlmitud optsioonilepingute nõuetekohaseks täitmiseks suurendada OEG aktsiakapitali 450 384 uue OEG aktsia emiteerimise teel, kokku 4 503 840 krooni (287 847 euro) võrra. Emiteeritavate aktsiate märkimisperioodiks oli 26.08.2010 - 31.08.2010. Emiteeritavate aktsiate eest tasumine toimub rahalise sissemaksega, aktsia nimiväärtus on 10 Eesti krooni ja ülekurss 1,18 Eesti krooni. Õigustatud isikute poolt märgiti 329 505 aktsiat ehk 73,2% emissiooni mahust. Nõukogu esitas märkimiskorraldusi 50 043 aktsia (36,0% võimaldatud aktsiatest) ulatuses, juhatus 48 930 aktsia (100,0% võimaldatud aktsiatest) ulatuses ning võtmetöötajad 230 532 aktsia (87,8% võimaldatud aktsiatest) ulatuses. Aktsiakapitali suurendamise tulemusena on OEG aktsiakapitali uueks suuruseks 1 513 295 050 krooni (96 717 181 eurot) ning aktsiate arvuks pärast emissiooni 151 329 505. OEG juhatus tühistab emissioon 120 879 aktsia ulatuses, mida märkimisaja jooksul täis ei märgitud. Results of the subscription of OEG shares
Message
On the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders held on 25 August 2010
the increase of share capital by 4 503 840 kroons (EUR 287 847) by issuing 450
384 new ordinary shares of OEG for fulfilling the share option agreements
concluded by OEG was approved. The period of subscribing the shares was from 26
August 2010 to 31 August 2010. The shares had to be paid for by monetary
contribution, the nominal value of the released shares is 10 Estonian kroons
(EUR 0.639) and the issue premium is 1.18 Estonian kroons (EUR 0.075).
In total 329 505 or 73.2% from offered shares were subscribed. Supervisory
board members subscribed 50 043 shares (36.0% from offered shares), management
board members subscribed 48 930 shares (100.0% from offered shares)and key
personnel members subscribed 230 532 shares (87.8% from offered shares).
After the increase of share capital, the share capital of OEG is 1 513 295 050
kroons (EUR 96 717 181) and number of shares is 151 329 505.
Management board of OEG annuls the issue of 120 879 shares, which were not
subscribed during the subscription period
