5. augustil 2010 sõlmiti konsortsiumi AS Merko Ehitus / Tallinna Teede AS ja AS Rakvere Vesi vahel töövõtuleping Rakvere linna piirkonna vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustike ehituseks. Lepingu maksumus on 94,38 miljonit krooni (ilma tellija 5%-lise varuta), millele lisandub käibemaks ning tööde teostamise tähtajaks on 2012. aasta kevad. AS Merko Ehitus avalikustab reeglina eraldi börsiteatega lepinguid, mille maht on 150 mln ja enam krooni. On 5 August 2010, AS Rakvere Vesi and the consortium of AS Merko Ehitus / Tallinna Teede AS concluded a contract of services, for the construction of the Rakvere city area water- and sewer pipelines. Price of the contract is EEK 94.38 million (without customers 5% reserve and without VAT). Completion time for the works is set on spring 2012. As a rule AS Merko Ehitus discloses separately in stock exchange releases construction contracts with the volume of EEK 150 million and higher.
