Ehituslepingu lõpetamine

Nordecon International avalikustas 16. detsembril 2009 börsiteate ehituslepingu sõlmimisest. Teate kohaselt sõlmis tütarettevõte Nordecon Ehitus AS ehituslepingu Tartu Ülikooli Narva Kolledži uue õppehoone ehitamiseks koos lisanduvate väliskommunikatsioonide ning tänava rekonstrueerimisega. Nordecon Ehitus AS ja Tartu Ülikool on 05. augustil 2010 poolte kokkuleppel nimetatud ehituse töövõtulepingu lõpetanud. Leping lõpetati seoses erimeelsustega, mida osapooled ei suutnud lahendada lepingu edasiseks teostamiseks. Lepingu lõpetamisega seotud kulud ei mõjuta oluliselt Nordecon International kontserni finantstulemust. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 15 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2009. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2,4 miljardit krooni (155 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligikaudu 750 inimesele. Termination of construction contract

Nordecon International disclosed on 16 December 2009 company announcement regarding one signed construction contract. As per announcement Group subsidiary Nordecon Ehitus AS was to build new premises for Tartu University College situated in Narva (North-East part of Estonia). The works also included building of outdoor communications and restructuring of adjacent streets. (http://www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com/market/?pg=details&instrument=EE3100039496&list= 2&tab=news&news_id=238486&lang=en) Nordecon Ehitus AS and Tartu University have terminated the above mentioned contract on 5 August 2010 by mutual consent. The contract was terminated due to differences in opinions that the parties could not resolve to continue with the contract. The expenses related to terminating the agreement do not influence significantly the financial results of Nordecon International Group. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Lithuania and Ukraine. In addition, in Estonia our companies act as independent contractors in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, the assembly of reinforced concrete elements, and the performance of cast-on-site concrete works. The parent of the Group is Nordecon International AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 15 subsidiaries in the Group.
