Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Tallinna Vesi)
Message
Nordecon International AS ja tema 100%-lised tütarettevõtted Nordecon Ehitus AS (juhtivpartner) ja Nordecon Infra AS sõlmisid ehituslepingu AS-ga Tallinna Vesi. Leping sõlmiti Paljassaare reoveepuhasti ehitustöödeks, mille tulemusel rajatakse praegusest efektiivsemat reoveepuhastust võimaldav biofilter. Lepinguliste tööde maksumuseks on ligikaudu 49 miljonit krooni (3,1 miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööd lõpetatakse lepingu kohaselt juunis 2011. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 15 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2009. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 2,4 miljardit krooni (155 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab hetkel tööd ligikaudu 750 inimesele. Construction contract (Tallinna Vesi)

Nordecon International AS and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Nordecon Ehitus AS (leading partner) and Nordecon Infra AS signed an agreement with AS Tallinna Vesi. The contract is for the works in the waste water treatment plant situated in Paljassaare, Tallinn. A new bio filter will be constructed to increase the efficiency of the waste water treatment. The value of the contract is approximately 49 million kroons (3.1 million euros) without VAT. The contractual works will be finished in June 2011. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Lithuania and Ukraine. In addition, in Estonia our companies act as independent contractors in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, the assembly of reinforced concrete elements, and the performance of cast-on-site concrete works.
