Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB Clients teatas AS-ile Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) SEB Asset Management S.A. nimel, et SEB Asset Management S.A. poolt SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia arvel hoitavate SFG aktsiate arv langes alla 5 %. Vastavalt edastatud teatele langes 27. juulil 2010.a tehtud tehingu tulemusena SFG aktsiate ja üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häälte arv 1 213 930-le, mis moodustab 3,03483 % kogu SFG aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB Clients notified AS Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) on behalf of SEB Asset Management S.A. that the number of SFG shares held by SEB Asset Management S.A. on behalf of SEB Eastern Europe ex Russia has decreased to below 5 %. According to the notification, as a result of a transaction of 27 July 2010 the number of shares and voting rights of SFG shares held decreased to 1,213,930, constituting 3.03483 % of the share capital of SFG and of the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting of SFG. Prior to the aforementioned transaction, the number of shares and votes of SFG shares was 3,516,342.
