Message
1. Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA (PPIM) teavitas AS-i Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) juhatust talle kuuluvate häälte arvu suurendamisest SFG-s 13,13 %-ni. Nimetatud protsent väljendab PPIM-i klientidele kuuluvate ja PPIM-i poolt hallatavate aktsiaportfellide osalusi. Kokku kuulub PPIM-i klientidele 5 252 317 SFG aktsiat, mis moodustab 13,13 % kogu SFG aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. PPIM-i osalus SFG-s muutus 7. juulil 2010.a tehtud tehingu tulemusena, mille käigus omandati kokku 890 175 SFG aktsiat. Enne nimetatud tehingut oli PPIM-i klientidele kuuluv osalus SFG-s kokku 10,91 % kogu SFG aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest, st PPIM-i klientidele kuulus kokku 4 362 142 SFG aktsiat. 2. Samuti teavitas PPIM kui mitmete Poola avatud fondide fondivalitseja SFG juhatust talle kuuluvate häälte arvu suurendamisest SFG-s 12,69 %-ni. Kokku kuulub erinevatele PPIM-i poolt valitsevatele fondidele 5 075 034 SFG aktsiat, mis moodustab 12,69 % kogu SFG aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest. PPIM-i osalus SFG-s muutus 7. juulil 2010.a tehtud tehingu tulemusena, mille käigus omandati kokku 768 733 aktsiat. Enne nimetatud tehingut oli PPIM-i poolt valitsevate fondide osalus SFG-s kokku 10,77 % kogu SFG aktsiakapitalist ning üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud häältest, st PPIM-i poolt valitsetavatele fondidele kuulus kokku 4 306 301 SFG aktsiat. Eelnimetatud 12,69 %-line osalus jaguneb järgmiste PPIM-i poolt valitsetavate fondide vahel: Pioneer Open-end Investment Fund (poolakeelne nimetus Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty) ja Polish Telecommunication Specialised Open-end Investment Fund (poolakeelne nimetus Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Telekomunikacji Polskiej). Ülalnimetatud PPIM-i poolt valitsevatele fondide üldkoosolekul hääletama õigustatud hääled sisalduvad ülalmärgitud PPIM-i kõigi klientide osaluste portfellis. PPIM teavitas, et edasised investeerimisotsused tehakse kasutades fundamentaalanalüüsi. PPIM-i klientide maksed ning väljaostmised võivad täiendavalt mõjutada ostu- ja müügiotsuseid. Changes in Substantial Shareholdings
Message
1. Pioneer Pekao Investment Management SA (PPIM), notified the management board of AS Silvano Fashion Group (SFG) of the increase of its votes in SFG up to 13,13 %. The latter percentage represents the share resulting from total holdings in all portfolios belonging to PPIM clients which are managed by PPIM. All PPIM clients hold a total of 5,252,317 shares of SFG, representing 13,13 % of the share capital of SFG and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting. The shareholding of PPIM changed as a result of a transaction made on 7 July 2010, whereby it obtained 890,175 shares in SFG. Prior to the aforementioned transaction, the shareholding of the clients of PPIM constituted 10,91 % of the share capital of SFG and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting, i.e. the shares the clients of PPIM constituted altogether 4,362,142 shares in SFG. 2. In addition PPIM as a management company of several Polish open-end funds, notified the management board of SFG of the increase of its votes in SFG up to 12,69 %. The different funds managed by PPIM hold altogether 5,075,034 shares in SFG, constituting 12,69 % of the share capital of SFG and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting. The shareholding of PPIM changed as a result of a transaction made on 7 July 2010, whereby it obtained 768,733 shares in SFG. Prior to the aforementioned transaction, the shareholding of the funds managed by PPIM constituted 10,77 % of the share capital of SFG and the votes entitled to vote at the general meeting, i.e. the funds managed by PPIM held altogether 4,306,301 shares in SFG. The aforementioned 12,69 % shareholding is held by the following funds managed by PPIM: Pioneer Open-end Investment Fund (in Polish: Pioneer Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty) and Polish Telecommunication Specialised Open-end Investment Fund (in Polish: Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Telekomunikacji Polskiej). The voting rights held by the above PPIM investment funds are included in the figures reported above regarding total holdings in all portfolios belonging to PPIM clients. PPIM notified that further investment decisions will be made using fundamental analysis. Payments and redemptions made by PPIM clients may additionally affect purchase and sale decisions.
