On 05.06.2010, the term of office of Dmitry Ditchkovsky and Sergei Kusonski as Management Board members of AS Silvano Fashion Group expired. Mr. Ditchkovski and Mr. Kusonski will continue to work in the same positions in the management of AS Silvano Fashion Group under employment agreements.
