Kooskõlas äriseadustiku § 333 lõikega 1 avalikustab SFG käesolevaga nõukogu kirjaliku aruande 2009. a majandusaasta aruande kohta. Nõukogu aruanne on lisatud 2009. a majandusaasta aruandele lehekülje numbriga 77. 2. juunil 2010 otsustas AS Silvano Fashion Group nõukogu valida nõukogu esimehe. Report of the supervisory board regarding the financial statements for 2009

On 30 April 2010, AS Silvano Fashion Group published the audited annual report of 2009. In accordance with Article 333 1) of the Commercal Code, SFG hereby publishes the report of the supervisory board regarding the financial statements for 2009. The report of the supervisory board has been appended to the financial statements for 2009 as page no 77. On 02 June 2010 the supervisory board of AS Silvano Fashion Group decided to elect a chairman of the supervisory board.
