PRF: Muudatused AS-i Premia Foods tütarfirmade juhtorganites

Alates 1.juunist 2010 lahkub ametist AS-i Premia Foods Läti tütarfirma AS-i Premia FFL juhatuse esimees Normunds Ozolins ning ettevõtte uueks juhatuse esimeheks saab senine AS-i Premia FFL finantsdirektor Andis Klavins. Hr Ozolins oli AS-is Premia FFL töötanud kauem kui 6 aastat, olles selle ajaga viinud ettevõtte juhtivaks Läti sügavkülmutatud kaupade distribuutoriks. Senine finantsjuht Hr Klavins on ettevõttes töötanud ligikaudu 6 aastat, sellest finantsdirektorina 2 aastat ning tunneb seetõttu ettevõtet ja Läti turuolukorda väga hästi. „Premia FFL on tugev ettevõte ning meil on hea meel, et hr Klavins oli valmis vastu võtma väljakutset muutmaks firma turupositsiooni veelgi paremaks. Hr Ozolinsi juhtimisel sai Premia FFL liidripositsioonile ning Premia Foods tänab teda pühendumise ja kõige tehtu eest,“ sõnas AS-i Premia Foods juhatuse esimees Kuldar Leis. 1.juunil kutsutakse AS-i Saaremere Kala nõukogu liikme kohalt tagasi Aivo Varem, kes enne nõukogu liikme kohale asumist töötas AS-i Saaremere Kala juhatuse esimehena.„Pärast hr Varemi lahkumist juhatuse esimehe positsioonilt oli meil kokkulepe,et ta jätkab nõukogu liikmena kuni 2010.aasta 1. juunini. Täname teda tehtu eest ja soovime talle edu uutel ametikohtadel,“ ütles AS-i Premia Foods juhatuse esimees Kuldar Leis. PRF: Changes in managements of daughter companies of AS Premia Foods

Since 1st of June 2010, current CEO of AS Premia FFL, daughter company of AS Premia Foods in Latvia, Mr Normunds Ozolins leaves the position. Mr Andis Klavins, former CFO of the company, will become the new CEO of AS Premia FFL. Mr Ozolins has worked for Premia FFL for more than 6 years, during which the company reached the leading position in distribution of deep frozen goods in Latvia. The former CFO, Mr Klavins, has worked for the company for almost 6 years, of which more than 2 years as CFO, being therefore familiar both with the company as well as with the market situation in Latvia. “Premia FFL is a strong company and we are glad to have Mr Klavins taking over the position of CEO in order to strengthen the company's position furthermore. Thanks to Mr Ozolins' leadership, AS Premia FFL gained the leading position and on behalf of Premia Foods I would like to thank him for all his contribution and achievements,“ said Mr Kuldar Leis, CEO of AS Premia Foods. On 1st of June, 2010, contract of Mr Aivo Varem, Member of Supervisory Board of AS Saaremere Kala and former CEO of AS Saaremere Kala, expires and he leaves the position in the company. “After Mr Varem left the position of CEO of Saaremere Kala, we agreed him to continue as Member of Supervisory Board until 1st of June 2010.
