Parvus Asset Management (UK) LLP on lähtuvalt väärtpaberituruseaduse § 185 lg-st 2 30.04.2010.a teavitanud Ettevõtet, et seoses 36 136 aktsia müügiga 27. aprillil 2010. aastal, on fondi osalus AS-is Tallinna Vesi vähenenud 9,99 protsendini. As required by § 185(2) of the Securities Market Act, on 30 April 2010, Parvus Asset Management (UK) LLP have informed the Company that they have disposed of 36,136 shares on 27 April 2010, which reduces their shareholding in AS Tallinna Vesi to 9.99 per cent. The Issuer is required to notify the stock exchange of changes in substantial ownership as per § 186 of the Securities Market Act.
