Teatame, et täna, 27. aprillil 2010. a toimub viimast päeva ASi Ekspress Grupp („Äriühing“) käimasoleva aktsiate avaliku pakkumise käigus emiteeritud märkimise eesõigustega (EEGRT) kauplemine NASDAQ OMX Tallinna börsil. We announce that today, 27 April 2010, is the last day for trading in subscription rights (EEGRT) on NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange, which were issued in connection with the current public offering of the shares of AS Ekspress Grupp (the “Company”). Also, we kindly remind you that the public offering of the shares of the Company will end on 3 May 2010 at 2:00 p.m. (Estonian time).
