2009. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruanne ja kasumi jaotamise ettepanek

Nordecon International AS nõukogu kiitis 20.04.2010 toimunud koosolekul heaks Nordecon International 2009. aasta auditeeritud majandusaasta aruande koos kasumi jaotamise ettepanekuga. Nõukogu otsustas juhatuse poolt ette valmistatud aruande ja ettepaneku kasumi jaotamise kohta saata kinnitamiseks aktsionäride korralisele üldkoosolekule juhatuse poolt esitatud kujul. Nordecon International AS 2009. a majandusaasta puhaskahjum on 45 740 000 krooni (2 923 319 eurot). Eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum on kokku 391 020 000 krooni (24 990 733 eurot). Juhatus teeb ettepaneku katta 2009. a puhaskahjum eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasumi arvelt. Jätta eelmiste perioodide jaotamata kasum ülejäänud osas jaotamata ning mitte maksta aktsionäridele dividende ega teha eraldisi reservkapitali. Jaotamata kasumi jäägiks on 345 280 000 krooni (22 067 414 eurot). Auditeeritud 2009. aasta majandusaasta aruanne on kättesaadav NASDAQ OMX Tallinna Börsi koduleheküljelt www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com ja emitendi koduleheküljel www.nordecon.com. Samuti on võimalik tutvuda majandusaasta aruandega emitendi asukohas Pärnu mnt 158/1, Tallinn. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Audited annual report 2009 and profit allocation proposal

The council of Nordecon International AS approved on 20 April 2010 the audited annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2009 of Nordecon International AS. The council decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. Nordecon International AS net loss for 2009 is 45,740,000 kroons (2,923,319 euros). The retained earnings from prior periods are 391,020,000 kroons (24,990,733 euros). Management proposes to cover the net loss of 2009 using retained earnings and to leave the remaining amount of retained earnings undistributed, i.e. to pay no dividends and to make no other provisions from retained earnings. The amount of retained earnings remaining is 345,280,000 kroons (22,067,414 euros). The audited annual report for 2009 is made available on NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange's web page www.nasdaqomxbaltic.com and issuer's web page www.nordecon.com.
