OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell maksab oma NASDAQ OMX Tallinn börsil noteeritud võlakirjadelt (IKPB058029AB) kupongiintressi 1,45 krooni iga võlakirja kohta 19. jaanuaril 2010. OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell lunastab 0.95% võlakirjadest ehk 388 võlakirja. Intress ja lunastussumma tasutakse investoritele, kes on Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri andmete kohaselt võlakirjade omanikeks teisel pangapäeval enne intressimaksepäeva s.o. 15. aprillil kl 8.00. Intresside ja võlakirjade osalise lunastusega seotud väljamaksed teostatakse makseagendi AS LHV Pank poolt. Intress ja lunastusmakse makstakse investorite väärtpaberikontoga seotud arvelduskontole hiljemalt 19.aprillil kl 16.00. OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell võlakirjad kannavad lunastuseni kupongiintressimäära 5,8% aastas, mida tasutakse investoritele kord kvartalis. Mitteresidendile või residendist füüsilisele isikutele tehtavalt intressi väljamakselt peetakse kinni tulumaks vastavalt kehtivatele õigusaktidele. INTEREST PAYMENT ON BONDS AND PARTIAL REDEMTPION

OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell will pay interest on its Bonds listed on the NASDAQ OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange (IKPB058029AB) in the amount of EEK 1,45 per each bond on 19 April 2010. OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell redeems 388 Bonds, i.e. 0.95 % of the Bonds. Interests and the redemption amounts will be paid to investors who according to the information of Estonian Central Register of Securities are the owners of the Bonds on 15 April 2010 at 8:00. Interest payments will be mediated by AS LHV Pank. Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of the persons entitled to the interest payment by 16:00 on 19 April 2010, the latest. The Bonds of OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell bear interest rate 5,8% per annum that is paid quarterly. Income tax will be withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or resident natural persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
