25.02.2010 sõlmis AS Ekspress Grupp ASi Ekspress Hotline müügitehingu lõpuleviimise kokkuleppe. Tehingu lõplikuks summaks oli 75,2 miljonit krooni (4,8 miljonit eurot). Läbirääkimiste käigus otsustati tehing ümberstruktureerida selliselt, et müügisumma tasutakse ostja poolt varasema viieaastase tähtaja asemel viivtamatult ning AS Ekspress Grupp vähendab müügisummat 11,4 miljoni krooni (0,4 miljonit eurot) võrra. 2009 III kvartali majandustulemustes oli arvestatud müügitehinguga summas 86,6 miljonit krooni (5,5 miljonit eurot), mistõttu kannab AS Ekspress Grupp 2009 aasta IV kvartalis maha täiendavalt 11,4 miljonit krooni ( 0,4 miljonit eurot) ASi Ekspress Hotline firmaväärtust. AS Ekspress Grupp completed the sales transaction of AS Ekspress Hotline

On 25 February 2010, AS Ekspress Grupp concluded an agreement on completion of the sales transaction of AS Ekspress Hotline. The final amount of the transaction was EEK 75.2 million (EUR 4.8 million). In the course of negotiations, it was decided to restructure the transaction so that the sales amount will be paid by the purchaser immediately instead of the earlier five-year term, and AS Ekspress Grupp will reduce the sales amount to EEK 11.4 million (EUR 0.7 million). The economic results for Q3 2009 included the sales transaction in the amount of EEK 86.6 million (EUR 5.5 million), therefore AS Ekspress Grupp additionally writes off goodwill of AS Ekspress Hotline in the amount of EEK 11.4 million (EUR 0.7 million) in Q4 2009.
