Nordecon International vahearuande avalikustamise edasilükkumine
Message
Nordecon International-i poolt avalikustatud finantskalendri kohaselt (vaata börsiteade 27.04.2009) on 2009. aasta IV kvartali ja 12 kuu auditeerimata vahearuande avalikustamine planeeritud 2010. aasta 6-ndal nädalal. Nordecon International-i eesmärk on avalikustada vahearuande finantsinfo võimalikult täpsena, et puuduksid olulised erinevused hiljem avalikustatava auditeeritud majandusaasta aruandega. Eelnevast tingituna on Nordecon International-il pooleli hinnangute andmine kontserni vara ning kohustuste väärtustele. Vahearuande avalikustamine on planeeritud 2010. aasta 8-ndale nädalale. Nimetatud tähtaja edasilükkumine ei too praeguste hinnangute kohaselt kaasa muudatusi muudes finantskalendris märgitud tähtpäevades. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2008. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,9 miljardit krooni (247 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 171 miljonit krooni (11 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1 000 inimesele. Nordecon International interim report postponed

As per Nordecon International disclosed financial calendar (see company announcement on 24 April 2009) the IV quarter and 12 months unaudited interim report of 2009 is due to be released on the 6th week of 2010. Nordecon International aims to publish financial information in the interim report as accurate as possible to avoid any significant differences compared to the audited annual report that is published later. To ensure this, Nordecon International has not yet finished assessing the value of its assets and liabilities. The planned publishing of interim report is on the 8th week of 2010. The postponement of interim report should not cause additional delays in other dates set in the financial calendar. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. In addition, in Estonia our companies act as independent contractors in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, the assembly of reinforced concrete elements, and the performance of cast-on-site concrete works. The parent of the Group is Nordecon International AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 20 subsidiaries in the Group.
