Intressi maksmine võlakirjadelt

ABC Grupi AS maksab Tallinna Börsil noteeritud võlakirjadelt (ISIN kood EE3300091123) 18. detsembril 2009 intressi 73,530 EUR iga võlakirja kohta. Intressid tasutakse isikutele, kes on Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistris (EVK) andmete kohaselt võlakirjade omanikeks intressimaksepäeval, s.o 18.detsembril 2009 kell 09:00. Võlakirjade intressimääraks on 6-kuu EURIBOR pluss marginaal 13% aastas. 18.detsembril 2009 lõppeva intressiperioodi intressimääraks on 14,465% aastas, järgmise intressiperioodi intressimäär fikseeritakse 16.detsembril 2009 6-kuu EURIBORi alusel. Interest payment on bonds
Message
On 18 December 2009 ABC Grupi AS will pay interest on its bonds (ISIN code EE3300091123) listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange bond list. The interest is being paid in amount of EUR 73,530 per bound. Interest will be paid to the investors, who according to the Estonian Central Securities Register data are the holders of the bonds on the respective interest payment day, i.e. on 18 December 2009 at 9 a.m. The bonds bear a floating interest rate, which consists of 6-month EURIBOR and a margin of 13% per annum. The interest rate for the interest period ending on 18 December 2009 is 14,465% per annum. The interest rate of the bonds for the starting interest period will be fixed using 6-month EURIBOR rate from 16 December 2009.
