According to the management board's decision dated 30 October 2009, Ekspress Grupp Ltd issues bonds with the redemption date 29 October 2010. 1000 bond shall be issued at a nominal value of 1100 EUR. The issue price of the bond is 1000 EUR and the redemption price is 1100 EUR. Rate of interest is not counted. The bond issue is not public and the bonds are not subject to stock market quotes. Execution of liabilities derived from the bond issues will be guaranteed by Hans H. Luik as a surety. The means involved will be used to strengthen the liquidity position of Ekspress Grupp Ltd.
