22. oktoobril 2009 otsustas AS Tallinna Vesi nõukogu valida ettevõtte juhatuse liikmeks ja finantsdirektoriks Stephen Howard'i, volituste algusega 30. novembrist käesoleval aastal. Samaaegselt otsustati alates 30. novembrist 2009 kuni 31. augustini 2010 ajutiselt vabastada ettevõtte finantsdirektori ametist Siiri Lahe seoses emaduspuhkusega. Siiri Lahe jääb juhatuse liikmena ettevõtte tegevuse eest vastutavaks. Stephen Howard on eelnevalt töötanud mitmetel finantsvaldkonna vastutavatel ametikohtadel United Utilities Plc kontsernis, tema CV on lisatud. On 22 October 2009 the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Vesi decided to elect Stephen Howard as a Management Board member and Chief Financial Officer, the powers to commence as of 30 November 2009. It was decided to suspend Siiri Lahe temporarily from the position of the Chief Financial Officer from 30th of November until 31st of August 2010 due to her maternity leave. As a Management Board member Siiri Lahe will remain responsible for the activities of the Company.
