Ehituslepingu sõlmimine (Pärnu Vesi)

Nordecon International AS tütarettevõtted Nordecon Infra AS ja Nordecon Infra SIA ühispakkujatena ning AS Pärnu Vesi sõlmisid lepingud Pärnu Ülejõe ja Rääma linnaosade ühisveevärgi- ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemi rekonstrueerimiseks ja laiendamiseks. Töid finantseerivad Euroopa Liidu Ühtekuuluvusfond ja AS Pärnu Vesi. Teostavate tööde hind on ligikaudu 66 miljonit krooni (4,2 miljonit eurot), millele lisandub käibemaks. Tööde teostamine algab lepingu kohaselt septembris 2009 ning lõpeb hinnanguliselt novembris 2011. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2008. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,9 miljardit krooni (247 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 171 miljonit krooni (11 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1 100 inimesele. Nordecon International AS subsidiaries Nordecon Infra AS and Nordecon Infra SIA as joint bidders signed a construction contract with AS Pärnu Vesi. The contract is for the reconstruction and expansion of Pärnu town (situated in the south-east part of Estonia) water and sewage network. Works will take place in Ülejõe and Rääma district. Financing is provided by the European Union's Cohesion Fund and AS Pärnu Vesi. The price of the contract is approximately 66 million kroons (4.2 million euros) excluding VAT. As per contract the construction works start in September 2009 and will be finished by estimates in November 2011.
