AS Tallinna Vesi jõudis täna Tallinna linnaga kokkuleppele pooltevahelise Teenuslepingu muudatuste osas. Peegeldamaks ehitushindade langust ning hea koostöö vaimus leppisid osapooled kokku uues kompensatsioonigraafikus, mis vähendab maksete suurust ning lühendab makseperioodi kolme ja poole aasta võrra. Lisaks leppisid osapooled kokku mõningate Teenustasemete muudatustes, et need vastaksid pärast lepingu sõlmimist vastu võetud õigusaktide muudatustele. AS Tallinna Vesi concluded Services Agreement negotiations with the City of Tallinn
Message
AS Tallinna Vesi has today concluded negotiations with the City of Tallinn regarding changes to the Services Agreement. To reflect the fall in construction prices and in the spirit of cooperation, the parties have agreed a new compensation schedule that will reduce the amount to be paid and the length of the payment period by three and a half years. In addition, the parties have agreed to amend some Levels of Service to make them consistent with changes in law made since the contract was signed.
