Muudatus Nordecon International kontserni oluliste tütarettevõtte juhtorganites

Nordecon International AS oluliste tütarettevõtete (vastavalt börsireglemendi definitsioonile) juhatuste ja nõukogude koosseisus toimunud muudatused: Nordecon Infra AS Nordecon Infra AS nõukogu liikmeks valiti Andri Hõbemägi. Andri Hõbemägi jätkab samuti tööd Nordecon International AS nõukogu liikmena. Eston Ehitus AS Juhatuse liikme kohalt kutsuti tagasi Eero Rändla. Eston Ehitus juhatajaks on valitud Priit Tiru. Priit Tiru jätkab samuti tööd Nordecon International AS juhatuse liikmena. Nõukogu liikmete arvu suurendamisega tugevdatakse tütarettevõtete strateegilise juhtimise kompetentsi. Muudatused juhatustes on tehtud vajadusega muuta tõhusamaks tütarettevõtete igapäevast juhtimist. Nordecon International kontsern hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Geograafiliselt tegutsevad kontserni ettevõtted Eestis, Lätis, Leedus ja Ukrainas. Eestis on täiendavateks tegevusvaldkondadeks lisaks teedeehituse ja -hoolduse ning keskkonnaehituse ja betoonitööde otsetöövõtt. Kontserni emaettevõte on Nordecon International AS, mis on registreeritud ja asub Tallinnas, Eestis. Kontserni kuulub lisaks emaettevõttele üle 20 tütarettevõtte. Kontserni 2008. aasta konsolideeritud müügitulu oli 3,9 miljardit krooni (247 miljonit eurot) ja konsolideeritud puhaskasum 171 miljonit krooni (11 miljonit eurot). Nordecon International kontsern annab tööd rohkem kui 1 100 inimesele. Changes in management in Nordecon International Group key subsidiaries

Changes in management board and council in Nordecon International Group key subsidiaries (as defined by exchange regulations): Nordecon Infra AS Andri Hõbemägi was appointed as a new member of the council of Nordecon Infra AS. Mr Hõbemägi will also continue as the member of the council of Nordecon International AS. Eston Ehitus AS Eero Rändla has been recalled from management board. Priit Tiru has been appointed as a new member of the management board. Mr Tiru will also continue as the member of the management board of Nordecon International AS. By increasing the number of council members, the Group intends to strengthen the strategic management competence in subsidiary. The changes in management boards comes from necessity to make day-to-day management of subsidiaries more efficient. Nordecon International is a group of construction companies whose core business is general contracting and construction management in the construction of buildings and infrastructures in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine. In addition, in Estonia our companies act as independent contractors in road construction and maintenance, environmental engineering, the assembly of reinforced concrete elements, and the performance of cast-on-site concrete works. The parent of the Group is Nordecon International AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 20 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2008 was 3.9 billion kroons (247 million euros) and the consolidated net profit was 171 million kroons (11 million euros).
