Genesis Asset Manager LLP has informed AS Tallink Grupp on June 17th, 2009 that the aggregated shareholding under Genesis management is 9.96% (67,144,470 shares) of the total share capital of AS Tallink Grupp. The last disclosed information by Genesis Asset Manager LLP is from November 2008 when the managed shareholding was 10.06%.
