Genesis Asset Manager LLP teatas 17.juunil 2009.a. AS-le Tallink Grupp, et nende poolt hallatavate fondide osaluse suurus on 9,96% (67 144 470 aktsiat) AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiakapitalist. Novembris 2008 teatas Genesis Asset Manager LLP enda poolt hallatava osaluse suuruseks 10,06%. Täiendavalt annab Genesis Asset Manager LLP teada, et nad ei oma AS-i Tallink Grupp aktsiaid enda nimel, vaid haldavad neid aktsiaid oma klientide nimel ja ühtlasi omavad hääletamise õigust enamuse aktsiate osas oma klientide poolt antud investeerimisvolituste alusel. Genesis Asset Manager LLP has informed AS Tallink Grupp on June 17th, 2009 that the aggregated shareholding under Genesis management is 9.96% (67,144,470 shares) of the total share capital of AS Tallink Grupp. The last disclosed information by Genesis Asset Manager LLP is from November 2008 when the managed shareholding was 10.06%. Genesis Asset Manager LLP further informs that they do not hold any of the securities for its own account but are disclosing this information as Genesis has been granted investment authority over such shares (owned by its clients) and has voting control over the majority of the shares.
