Kasiinoettevõtete tegevuse peatamine Ukrainas
Message
Ukraina parlament hääletas täna ümber presidendi 4. juuni veto hasartmängutegevuse keelustamise kohta Ukrainas. Hasartmängutegevust keelustav seadus tühistab kõik kasiinoettevõtetele väljastatud litsentsid. Seadus jõustub avaldamise hetkel. Parlament jättis jõusse korralduse Ukraina valitsusele kolme kuu jooksul välja töötada uus Hasartmänguseadus, mis viib kasiinode tegevuse eritsoonidesse. OEG viib läbi olukorra juriidilise analüüsi ning kavandab selle tulemuste põhjal oma edasised sammud. Asjaolude selgumisest teavitatakse börsisüsteemi kaudu. Suspension of casino operators´ activities in Ukraine

Ukraine parliament has voted against president´s 4th of June veto on casino operations suspension in Ukraine. The law suspending all casino operations activities cancels all licenses issued to casino operators. The law comes into force since the moment of publication. Parliament has left in force the order for the government to prepare the new Law on Gaming activities, which would relocate all casino operations into special zones within the three months period. OEG is conducting legal analysis of the situation and will plan its future actions in accordance with analysis results. All the circumstances, clarifying the situation, will be announced through stock exchange system.
