Message
AS-i Eesti Telekom 100% tütarettevõtja AS MicroLink Eesti müüb majandustarkvara
ja tarkvaraarenduse ärivaldkonna.
Seoses keskendumisega IT püsiteenuste pakkumisele otsustas AS MicroLink loobuda
majandustarkvara ja tarkvaraarenduse ärivaldkonnast, müües selle AS-ile Helmes.
AS MicroLink Eesti keskendub edaspidi IT püsiteenuste osutamisele, pakkudes
ettevõtetele infohalduse, IT süsteemide majutus- ja haldusteenuseid ning
arvutikasutajate ja tippspetsialistide koolitust.
AS-i Eesti Telekom majandustulemustele tütarettevõtja vähemolulise ärivaldkonna
müük olulist mõju ei avalda.

AS MicroLink Eesti to sell enterprise resource planning and software development
Message
AS MicroLink Eesti, wholly owned by AS Eesti Telekom, is selling its enterprise resource planning and software development operations. In order to focus on offering ICT outsourcing, AS MicroLink Eesti has decided to quit its enterprise resource planning and software development operations, by selling them to AS Helmes. From now on, AS MicroLink Eesti will concentrate on providing ICT outsourcing, such as information management, IT systems hosting and management for businesses as well as training computer users and top specialists. The sale of dispensable operations of its subsidiary will not have great impact on AS Eesti Telekom economic results.
