With a decision of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders Alar Pink was removed from Valmetek Invest AS supervisory board and new member of supervisory board was named Ülo Kivine. The new member of Valmetek Invest AS supervisory board is member of the management board of Tere AS since July 2007 and starting from November 2008 a member of the management board of OÜ Põlva Piim Tootmine.
