Kasumi jaotamise ettepanek, EEK
Eesti Telekom Grupi emaettevõtjale kuuluv osa Grupi konsolideeritud puhaskasumis
2008. aastal moodustas 1 434 835 tuhat Eesti krooni ning emaettevõtjale kuuluv
osa konsolideeritud jaotamata kasumis 2008. aasta lõpuks oli 2 413 843 tuhat
Eesti krooni.
AS-i Eesti Telekom juhatus teeb ettepaneku jaotada aktsionäride vahel ja maksta
aktsionäridele dividendidena välja 1 448 523 tuhat Eesti krooni ehk 10,50 Eesti
krooni aktsia kohta, lähtudes dividendiõiguslike aktsiate arvust ehk 137 954 528
aktsiast.
Ülejäänud akumuleerunud puhaskasum summas 965 320 tuhat Eesti krooni jätta
jaotamata.

Profit allocation proposal, EEK
Consolidated net profit of the Eesti Telekom Group for 2008, attributable to the
equity holders of the parent company of the Group, totalled 1,434,835 thousand
EEK. Consolidated retained earnings of the Eesti Telekom Group as of 31 December
2008 attributable to the equity holders of the parent company of the Group
totalled 2,413,843 thousand EEK.
The Management Board's proposal is to distribute between shareholders and to pay
to shareholders as dividends 1,448,523 thousand EEK, i.e. 10.50 EEK per share,
proceeding from the number of shares 137,954,528.
The residual of retained earnings totalling to 965,320 thousand EEK are to be
carried forward in the balance sheet.
