Eesti Telekom Börsiteade 24.04.2009 Muudatus Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaseltsi nõukogus AS Eesti Telekom otsustas 23. aprillil 2009 kutsuda tagasi oma 100% tütarettevõtte Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaseltsi nõukogu liikmed Björn Lindegreni ja Jörgen Latte ja määras kaks uut liiget. Uuteks Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaseltsi nõukogu liikmeteks määrati Juha-Pekka Weckström ja Freenasp Mobedjina. Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaselti nõukogu liikmetena jätkavad Leho Tamm ja Valdo Kalm. Muudatus jõustub 20. mail 2009, s.o AS Eesti Telekom aktsionäride korralise üldkoosoleku toimumise päeval. Juha-Pekka Weckström on TeliaSonera lairibateenuste juht Soomes. Ta on töötanud erinevatel ametikohtadel TeliaSoneras ning selle eelkäijates Soneras ning Telecom Finland'is alates 1994. aastast. Juha-Pekka Weckströmil on M.Sc. kraad Helsinki Tehnikaülikoolist. Freenasp Mobedjina on käesoleval hetkel TeliaSonera lairibateenuste juht Taanis. Ta liitus TeliaSoneraga 2004. a-l strateegiliste projektide juhina Rootsis. Enne TeliaSoneraga liitumist töötas ta projektijuhina Boston Consulting Grupi Stockholmi ja Dallase kontorites. Freenasp Mobedjinal on M.Sc. kraad Linköpingi Tehnoloogia Instituudist. Juha-Pekka Weckström ega Freenasp Mobedjina ei oma AS-i Eesti Telekom aktsiaid. Eesti Telekom Announcement 24.04. 2009 A Change in the Membership of the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaselts On 23 April 2009, AS Eesti Telekom decided to call back Björn Lindegren and Jörgen Latte from the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaselts, a 100% subsidiary of AS Eesti Telekom, and appointed two new members. Juha-Pekka Weckström and Freenasp Mobedijna were appointed as new members of the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevõtted Akstsiaselts. Leho Tamm and Valdo Kalm will continue as the members of the Supervisory Council of Elion Ettevõtted Aktsiaselts. The change will take effect on 20 May 2009, i.e. the day of holding annual general meeting of shareholders of AS Eesti Telekom. Juha-Pekka Weckström is currently head of TeliaSonera Broadband Services in Finland. He has held various positions in TeliaSonera and its predecessors Sonera and Telecom Finland since 1994. Juha-Pekka Weckström holds a M.Sc. degree from the Helsinki University of Technology. Freenasp Mobedjina is currently head of TeliaSonera Broadband Services in Denmark. He joined TeliaSonera in 2004 as Manager of Strategy Projects, TeliaSonera Sweden. Before joining TeliaSonera, Freenasp worked as a project manager for The Boston Consulting Group in their Stockholm and Dallas offices. Freenasp Mobedjina holds a M.Sc. degree from the Linköping Institute of Technology. Juha-Pekka Weckström and Freenasp Mobedjina do not own any AS Eesti Telekom shares.
