Muudatus AS-i SEB Pank nõukogus
Message
SEB kutsus tagasi AS-i SEB Pank nõukogu liikme Bo Magnusson'i ja nimetas uueks nõukogu liikmeks Mats Torstendahl'i. Mats Torstendahl on sündinud 1961. aastal. SEB jaepanganduse juht on ta alates 1. jaanuarist 2009. Enne SEB-sse tööle asumist töötas Mats Torstendahl Danske Banki Rootsi asepresidendi ja Danske Bank Groupi täitevkomitee liikmena. Alates 31. märtsist 2009 kuuluvad AS-i SEB Pank nõukogu koosseisu: SEB Grupi jaepanganduse juht Mats Torstendahl, SEB Baltikumi arenduse ja integratsiooni juht Anders Arozin, SEB Banka juht Ainārs Ozols, SEB Bankas juht Audrius Žiugžda ja SEB jaepanganduse tugiüksuste juht Ulf Pettersson. Change in the Supervisory Board of AS SEB Pank
Message
SEB removed Bo Magnusson, the current member of the Supervisory Board of AS SEB Pank, and appointed Mats Torstendahl new member of the Supervisory Board. Mats Torstendahl was born in 1961. He has been the Head of Retail Banking of SEB since 1 January 2009. Before joining SEB, Mats Torstendahl worked as the Senior Executive Vice President of Danske Bank Sweden and a member of the executive committee of the Danske Bank Group. The members of the Supervisory Board of AS SEB Pank as of 31 March 2009 are: Head of SEB Retail Banking Mats Torstendahl, Head of SEB Baltic Development and Integration Anders Arozin, Head of SEB Banka Ainārs Ozols, Head of SEB Bankas Audrius Žiugžda and Head of Support Units of SEB Retail Banking Ulf Pettersson.
