Võlakirjaemissiooni lunastamine ja intresside maksmine

AS Tallinna Sadam lunastab tähtaegselt Tallinna Börsil noteeritud võlakirjad (ISIN kood EE3300081058) 17. märtsil 2009. a. AS Tallinna Sadam maksab võlakirjadelt 17. märtsil 2009. a intressi 27,688 EUR iga võlakirja kohta. Intressi- ja lunastusmaksed tasutakse isikutele, kes on Eesti Väärtpaberite Keskregistri (EVK) andmete kohaselt võlakirjade omanikeks intressimaksepäeval, s.o 17. märtsil 2009. a kell 08:00. Võlakirjade intressimääraks on 6-kuu EURIBOR pluss 0,32% aastas. 17. märtsil 2009 lõppeva intressiperioodi intressimääraks on 5,507% aastas. Redemption of the bonds and interest payments
Message
On a maturity date 17 March 2009 AS Tallinna Sadam will redeem its bonds (ISIN code EE3300081058) listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange bond list. AS Tallinna Sadam will pay interest on the bonds on 17 March 2009 in the amount of EUR 27.688 per bond. Interests and the redemption payments will be paid to the investors, who according to the Estonian Central Securities Register (Register) data are the holders of the bonds on the respective interest payment day, i.e. on 17 March 2009 at 8 a.m. The bonds bear a floating interest rate, which consists of 6-month EURIBOR and a margin of 0.32% per annum. The interest rate for the interest period ending on 17 March 2009 is 5.507% per annum. In accordance with legal acts income tax will be withheld from the interest paid on the bonds.
