AS Ekspress Grupp aktsiaemissioon 1 877 760 aktsia emiteerimiseks hinnaga 15 krooni aktsia kohta märgiti tähtaegselt täpselt täis. Aktsiaid märkisid: HHL Rühm 1 393 575 aktsiat ING Luxembourg 432 025 aktsiat SEB 52160 aktsiat Märgitud aktsiad kantakse märkijate kontodele eeldatavalt 20.01.2009. The AS Ekspress Grupp share issue of the 1 877 760 shares with the subscription price of 15 kroons per share was precisely subscribed at term. Subscribers were: HHL Rühm with 1 393 575 shares ING Luxembourg with 432 025 shares SEB with 52160 shares The newly subscribed shares shall be transferred to the securities accounts of the subscribers supposedly on 20 January 2009.
