Aktsiaselts Infortari tütarühing OÜ Infortar Agro viis lõpule Leedu põllumajandusettevõtte Litagra 100% osaluse omandamise
Message
Aktsiaselts Infortar avaldas 8. septembril 2026 börsiteate ,milles teatas, et tema tütarühing OÜ Infortar Agro omandab 100% osaluse UAB Litagras.
Tehingu lõpuleviimiseks vajalikud load Eesti, Läti ja Leedukonkurentsiametilt on saadud ning pärast kõigi eeltingimuste täitmist omandas OÜ Infortar Agro 100% osaluse UAB Litagras.
Tehingu aluseks olnud ettevõtte väärtus oli 95 miljonit eurot. Võttes arvesse ettevõtte võlakohustusi, rahalisi vahendeid ja muid tehingus kokkulepitud korrigeerimisi, kujunes osaluse lõplikuks ostuhinnaks 63 miljonit eurot.
Infortar tegutseb seitsmes riigis, ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on meretransport, energeetika ja kinnisvara. Infortar omab 68,38% suurust osalust AS-is Tallink Grupp, 100% osalust AS-is Elenger Grupp ning mitmekülgset ja kaasaegset, ca 143 000 m2 suurust kinnisvaraportfelli. Lisaks kolmele põhitegevusvaldkonnale tegutseb Infortar põllumajanduse, insenerehituse, ehitusmaavarade ja muudes valdkondades. Kokku kuulub Infortari kontserni 141 ettevõtet, sealhulgas 3 sidusettevõtet ja 2 sidusettevõtte tütarettevõtet. Arvestamata sidusettevõtteid annab Infortar tööd 6890 inimesele.

OÜ Infortar Agro, a subsidiary of Aktsiaselts Infortar, completed the acquisition of a 100% shareholding in Lithuanian agricultural company Litagra

On September 8, 2026, Aktsiaselts Infortar published a stock exchange announcement, disclosing that OÜ Infortar Agro is acquiring 100% shares of UAB Litagra.
The regulatory approvals required for the completion of the transaction have been obtained from the competition authorities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent, OÜ Infortar Agro has acquired a 100% shareholding in UAB Litagra.
The transaction was based on an enterprise value of EUR 95 million. Considering the company's debt obligations, cash and other agreed price adjustments, the final purchase price for the shares amounted to EUR 63 million.
Infortar operates in seven countries, the company's main fields of activity are maritime transport, energy and real estate. Infortar owns a 68.38% shareholding in Tallink Grupp, a 100% share in Elenger Grupp and a versatile and modern real estate portfolio of approx. 143,000 m2. In addition to the three main areas of activity, Infortar also operates in construction and mineral resources, agriculture, and other areas. A total of 141 companies belong to the Infortar group, including 3 associates and 2 subsidiaries of associates. Infortar employs 6890 people.
