Message
Aktsiaselts Infortar omandas 23. oktoobril 2026 täiendavad 235 246 Aktsiaseltsi Tallink Grupp (edaspidi Tallink) aktsiat kaalutud keskmise hinnaga 0,649 eurot aktsia kohta.
Infortar tegutseb seitsmes riigis, ettevõtte peamised tegevusvaldkonnad on meretransport, energeetika ja kinnisvara. Infortar omab 68,38% suurust osalust AS-is Tallink Grupp, 100% osalust AS-is Elenger Grupp ning mitmekülgset ja kaasaegset, ca 141 000 m2 suurust kinnisvaraportfelli. Lisaks kolmele põhitegevusvaldkonnale tegutseb Infortar põllumajanduse, insenerehituse, ehitusmaavarade ja muudes valdkondades. Kokku kuulub Infortari kontserni 107 ettevõtet, sealhulgas 3 sidusettevõtet ja 2 sidusettevõtte tütarettevõtet. Arvestamata sidusettevõtteid annab Infortar tööd 6890 inimesele.

Message
On 23 October 2026, Aktsiaselts Infortar acquired an additional 235,246 shares in Aktsiaselts Tallink Grupp (hereinafter “Tallink”) at a weighted average price of EUR 0.649 per share.
Infortar operates in seven countries, the company's main fields of activity are maritime transport, energy and real estate. Infortar owns a 68.38% shareholding in Tallink Grupp, a 100% share in Elenger Grupp and a versatile and modern real estate portfolio of approx. 141,000 m2. In addition to the three main areas of activity, Infortar also operates in construction and mineral resources, agriculture, and other areas. A total of 107 companies belong to the Infortar group, including 3 associates and 2 subsidiaries of associates. Infortar employs 6890 people.
