Muutused ASi Tallinna Sadam võlakohustustes
Message
AS Tallinna Sadam sõlmis ASiga Swedbank tagatiseta laenulepingu mahus 50 mln eurot tähtajaga 5 aastat. Laenu baasintressiks on 3-kuu euribor, millele lisandub intressimarginaal. Laen võetakse välja täismahus 26.10.2026 ja laenu lõpptähtaeg on 26.10.2031. Finantseeringut kasutatakse võlakirjade lunastamiseks, mille kogusumma on tähtaja saabudes 50,4 mln eurot.
Tallinna Sadamale kuulub üks Läänemere suurimaid kauba- ja reisisadamate komplekse. Lisaks reisijate ja kaubavedude teenindamisele tegutseb ettevõte laevanduse ärivaldkonnas läbi oma tütarettevõtete – OÜ TS Laevad korraldab parvlaevaühendust Eesti mandri ja suursaarte vahel ning OÜ TS Shipping osutab multifunktsionaalse jäämurdjaga Botnica jäämurde ja konstruktsioonilaeva teenust Eestis ja offshore projektides. Tallinna Sadama gruppi kuulub ka jäätmekäitlusega tegelev sidusettevõte AS Green Marine.

Changes in debt obligations of AS Tallinna Sadam
Message
AS Tallinna Sadam signed an unsecured loan agreement with AS Swedbank in the amount of 50 million euros and maturity of 5 years. The interest rate of the loan is 3-month Euribor plus interest margin. The full amount will be drawn on 26 October 2026 and the loan will mature on 26 October 2031. The proceeds will be used to redeem bonds with a total value of 50.4 million euros on their redemption date.
Tallinna Sadam is one of the largest cargo- and passenger port complexes in the Baltic Sea region. In addition to passenger and freight services, Tallinna Sadam group also operates in shipping business via its subsidiaries – OÜ TS Laevad provides ferry services between the Estonian mainland and the largest islands, and OÜ TS Shipping charters its multifunctional vessel Botnica for icebreaking and offshore services in Estonia and projects abroad. Tallinna Sadam group is also a shareholder of an associate AS Green Marine, which provides waste management services.
