Inbank pikendas juhatuse liikme Margus Kasteini volitusi

AS-i Inbank nõukogu otsustas 23. oktoobril 2026 pikendada juhatuse liikme ja ärijuhi (Chief Commercial Officer) Margus Kasteini volitusi järgmiseks kolmeks aastaks, kuni 29. oktoobrini 2029.
Margus Kastein on olnud Inbanki juhatuse liige alates 2020. aastast ja vastutab panga äritegevuse eest. Enne Inbankiga liitumist töötas ta juhtivatel ametikohtadel kiiresti liikuvate tarbekaupade (FMCG) sektoris. Lisaks on ta Inbanki tütarettevõtte Mobire Group AS-i nõukogu liige.
Inbanki kuueliikmelisse juhatusse kuuluvad juhatuse esimees ja tegevjuht Priit Põldoja, finantsjuht Marko Varik, ärijuht Margus Kastein, tootejuht Piret Paulus, tehnoloogiajuht Marten Meikop ja riskijuht Evelin Lindvers.
Inbank on Euroopa Liidu pangalitsentsiga finantstehnoloogia ettevõte, mis ühendab kaupmehi, tarbijaid ja finantsasutusi järgmise põlvkonna embedded finance platvormil. Inbank extends the mandate of Margus Kastein on the Management Board
Message
On 23 October 2026, the Supervisory Board of AS Inbank resolved to extend the mandate of Margus Kastein, Member of the Management Board and Chief Commercial Officer, for the next three years, until 29 October 2029.
Margus Kastein has been a member of Inbank’s Management Board since 2020 and is responsible for the bank’s commercial operations. Before joining Inbank, he held senior positions in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. He is also a Member of the Supervisory Board of Mobire Group AS, a subsidiary of Inbank.
Inbank’s six-member Management Board consists of Priit Põldoja, Chairman of the Management Board and CEO; Marko Varik, CFO; Margus Kastein, Chief Commercial Officer; Piret Paulus, Chief Product Officer; Marten Meikop, Chief Technology Officer; and Evelin Lindvers, Chief Risk Officer.
