Muudatus kontserni tütarettevõtte juhatuses
Message
Nordecon AS’i 100% tütarettevõtte Tariston AS nõukogu otsusega nimetati alates 04.01.2027 uueks juhatuse liikmeks Elmo Riig, kes hakkab vastutama Tariston AS-i teedeehituse ja ettevalmistuse valdkonna eest.
Elmo Riig on lõpetanud Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli soojustehnika eriala. Tal on pikaajaline kogemus ehitusprojektide ja ehitustegevuse juhtimisel. Alates 2020. aastast oli Elmo Scanweld AS-i ehitusdirektor. Varem on ta töötanud Skanrek OÜ-s objektijuhina, Scanweld AS-is objekti- ja projektijuhina ning aastatel 2018–2020 Nordecon AS-is eritööde projektijuhina. Elmol on muu hulgas volitatud soojusenergeetikainseneri 8. kutsetase gaasiseadmete ja -paigaldiste ning soojusseadmete ja -süsteemide alal. Elmo Riig ei oma Nordecon AS’i aktsiaid.
Tariston AS-i juhatus jätkab alates 04.01.2027 tööd kaheliikmelisena: Kaspar Kaldjärv (esimees) ning Elmo Riig (teedeehituse ja ettevalmistuse juht).
Nordeconi kontsern (www.nordecon.com) hõlmab ettevõtteid, mis on keskendunud hoonete ja rajatiste ehitamise projektijuhtimisele ja peatöövõtule. Change in the management board of group subsidiary
Message
By a resolution of the supervisory board of Tariston AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordecon AS, Elmo Riig has been appointed as a new member of the management board as of 4 January 2027. He will be responsible for the company’s road construction and pre-construction operations.
Elmo Riig graduated from Tallinn University of Technology in thermal engineering. He has extensive experience in managing construction projects and construction operations. From 2020, Elmo served as Construction Director at Scanweld AS. Previously, he worked as a Site Manager at Skanrek OÜ, as a Site Manager and Project Manager at Scanweld AS, and as a Special Works Project Manager at Nordecon AS from 2018 to 2020. Among other qualifications, Elmo holds a Level 8 professional qualification as an Authorised Thermal Energy Engineer in gas appliances and installations and in thermal equipment and systems. Elmo Riig does not hold any shares in Nordecon AS.
As of 4 January 2027, the management board of Tariston AS will continue with two members: Kaspar Kaldjärv (Chairman) and Elmo Riig (Head of Road Construction and Pre-Construction).
